A picturesque valley rimmed by hills defines Double Diamond Ranch and its exquisite world-class equestrian complex. It is rare to find such a stunning combination of business, pleasure, and nature; these 180+ acres are so close to metropolitan amenities, you would almost forget they are still comfortably nestled in a gentle valley of the hill country. 1. OFFICE
The office of Double Diamond Equestrian Center is located in the main barn. It was built in 1996 by Ted Blanch. It offers an impressive entrance and finely paneled lobby that sets the tone for quality events. It’s two stories building. Downstairs are numerous private offices and meeting rooms including a client lounge. A graceful wood staircase leads to the second floor event and banquet center.
The hours for the office are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The office is closed on national holidays.
2. Barns
The main barn includes 110 horse stalls, wash racks, tack rooms, grooming stalls, fly control system, automatic waters, commercial laundry, plus staff apartments. A separate fully equipped training barn and breeding barn add additional stalls. Every detail was executed with utmost quality and maximum efficiency.
The stall size is 12×12 or larger. The stall is cleaned daily.
3. Arena
Situated in the center of the 80,000 square foot show barn is the indoor arena. This 110′ x 200′ arena provides indoor convenience for horses and humans alike, with high, bright ceilings, lots of external fans and venting, and clean wraparound walls.
The ranch also offers two outdoor covered arena, one dressage arena and one jump arena. The dressage and jump arena are surrounded by a ¾ mile groomed track. Four round pens and three hot walkers are scattered around the arenas.
All arenas are drug at least daily.
4. Grounds/Pastures
Meandering through this serene valley is a flowing spring-fed creek that forms several ponds teaming with fish. The elegant trees change with the seasons, bringing gorgeous views all year round. Multi pastures and paddocks. There are also miles of trails for pleasure riding.
